Developed scalable RESTful APIs powering two mobile applications: a Customer App for booking car wash services and a Provider App for managing and fulfilling service requests. Implemented an end-to-end automated scheduling workflow with features for user addresses, vehicles, services, and time-based bookings. Built intelligent employee assignment based on location and availability, integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for real time notifications (booking confirmation, provider acceptance, arrival updates), and developed a secure admin dashboard with two-factor authentication (2FA) to manage users, providers, employees, regions, and operational data.
